Too often we dive right into the strategy - the how to - without considering why or where. In this workshop we start at the beginning - where do you want to end up.
We consider the numbers - how many clients, how many days/week, how many weeks/year, and so on. We then take a look at the various ways we can market and sell our product or service and devise a plan that encompasses a variety of options.
Lastly, we create a monitoring program so we can keep tabs on how our plan is working. And if it isn't, how are we going to change it?
